Privacy Policy

1. What this service does

DNDept is a domain intelligence tool. You enter a domain name, and we use public sources and our own analysis to suggest potential buyers, decision-makers, and outreach angles. We do not guarantee accuracy, buyer intent, or contact validity.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, authentication provider (Google or Apple), and role/role assignments.
  • Workspace data: domains you submit, research results, buyer lists, contacts, notes, activity history, and usage counts.
  • Technical data: browser type, IP address, and usage logs for stability and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

  • To run research, generate reports, and populate your workspace.
  • To enforce usage limits and detect abuse.
  • To improve product quality and fix errors.
  • To send account-related emails (password resets, invitations, billing notices).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your domain lists to train shared models.

4. Data access and isolation

Each workspace is isolated. Other users cannot see your domains or research unless you explicitly invite them. God Mode administrators can access aggregate usage and tester management data, but not private research content unless required for support and with your consent.

5. Public sources and third parties

Research queries are sent to public search and scraping providers (Brave Search, Firecrawl, Tavily) and AI models for synthesis. These providers receive only the search terms needed for analysis, not your account information.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential authentication cookies and basic analytics (Statcounter) to understand traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Trashed domains are retained until you permanently delete them. If you delete your account, we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal or billing purposes.

8. Your choices

You can export, edit, or delete domains from your workspace. To delete your account or request a data export, contact us at the support email listed on the site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date.
